In Loving Memory of

Celta Beale

4 April 1938 – 3 December 2024

Celta Beale, affectionately known as Anetha by her loved ones, passed away peacefully on December 3, 2025, at the age of 87. Born in the serene town of Hampstead P.O, St. Mary, on April 19, 1938, Anetha's life was a tapestry of dedication, warmth, and joy that she spread generously throughout her community in High Gate, St. Mary, where she took her last breath.

Anetha's journey was marked by a spirited dedication to her profession as a nurse, a calling she embraced with the same love and care that she bestowed upon her family. Her work was not merely a job but a reflection of her compassionate soul, as she provided comfort and healing to countless individuals over the years. Her colleagues remember her as a beacon of optimism, always ready with a kind word and a creative solution, no matter the challenge at hand.

She lived a life full of adventure, embracing every day with an unwavering optimism that was as infectious as it was inspiring. Anetha's creativity knew no bounds, whether she was tending to her vibrant garden, crafting a new recipe in the kitchen, or perfecting her baking. Her hands were rarely still, and the fruits of her labor were enjoyed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Anetha is survived by a family who adored her deeply: her devoted children Andrew and Winston; her cherished grandchildren Rhonde-Gaye McPherson; her loving sister Madge Burton; and her dear brothers Claude Beale, Everald Taylor, Manley Taylor, and Rupert Taylor. Each of them carries with them not only her legacy but also the countless memories of laughter, guidance, and unconditional love that she gifted them.

Her passing, the result of a heart attack, has left a void in the hearts of those who knew her, but her spirit remains a guiding light. Anetha's life was a testament to the beauty of embracing each day with a creative spark and a hopeful heart. Her adventurous nature led her down many paths, and she faced each twist and turn with grace and resilience.

As we bid farewell to Anetha, we reflect on a life well-lived, a life that touched so many others in profound ways. Her memory will continue to blossom in the gardens she tended, the recipes she shared, and the countless lives she enriched. Though she may have departed from this world, her legacy of love, creativity, and optimism will endure, passed on through the stories and memories held dear by all who loved her.

In remembering Anetha, we celebrate the beauty of a life that, like her gardens, was lovingly cultivated and shared with all. She was a treasure to her family, a pillar in her community, and a friend to all. Her journey on this earth may have ended, but the light of her spirit will continue to shine brightly, guiding us through our own gardens of life.

May Anetha rest in peace, knowing that her life was one of purpose, passion, and profound impact. Her memory will forever be cherished and honored by those who were fortunate enough to be a part of her remarkable story.
